Dave Hanson was extremely helpful throughout the process of both selling our house and buying a new house. He catered to our schedule and answered our questions and concerns no matter what time of day it was. He was extremely knowledgeable during the whole process and we felt 100% confident that he was looking out for our best interest. Dave has been excellent in my home buying process (I wasn't able to continue my home buying process due to family) but he was a funny, relatable and dedicated individual who has made my home searching process great! I was in the market to purchase a home for my daughter in my native State of Wisconsin, while living in California. Work prevented me from visiting Wisconsin and my daughter needed to find a house in short order. Not an easy task, until I met Dave Hanson. Dave went above and beyond to assist me in finding a house and making the long distance purchase as easy as possible. I've purchased two homes in California and they were much more complicated. Dave made the entire transaction easy while keeping me up to speed on every detail, answering every email or phone call. I can't say enough about Dave. He made my daughter and son-in-law feel comfortable and answered all of their questions with great patience. From the very first we were very pleased to have Dave as our realtor. He knew that we wanted to have something by a certain time, and he did just that. One of the first things he did for me was set up a portal with the information I gave him as to where and the type of home we were looking for. We could look at this when ever and let Dave know what homes we would like to view. He was always there for us and answered our questions truthfully. After looking at several homes we found the perfect one for us. Dave didn't stop there, he continued to keep us informed of everything we needed to do to close on our new home. Moving isn't my favorite thing to do, but Dave made it a very pleasant experience. Dave's a professional and if he didn't know about something I asked he would find out about it for us. He is a very detailed person and that helped in finding just the right place for us. If we would have to move again Dave would be the person I would call. I highly recommend him and I think you would also find your house hunting experience as pleasant as we did.
